On-Demand Virtual Care
Logan Health’s virtual, on-demand visits are a fast, convenient alternative to an in-person visit with Logan Health providers. On-demand virtual care visits can address more health conditions and services than you might expect and are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. for adults and children. A Logan Health on-demand virtual care video visit will provide the same quality you’d expect from an in-person visit while saving you time and travel.

Virtual Care is not an emergency service. Patients with a medical emergency, should call 911 or seek care at their nearest emergency room immediately.
Walk-in Care
Walk-in care provides treatment and access to medical care when your regular doctor is unable to see you or your provider’s clinic is closed. If you have an injury or illness that isn’t life threatening but you can’t wait for an appointment with your primary care provider, then walk-in care is a great option.

Online Scheduling
Schedule an in-person appointment or virtual visit online. Our primary care clinics offer online appointment scheduling available through the myHealth patient portal. Online scheduling is only available to established patients.
After-Hours Care
If you are needing after-hours services, there are a number of options depending on your care needs and preferences.
- You can reach out to the Nurse Call Center mentioned above (406) 890-7272, available from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., seven days a week.
- If you wish to contact your primary care provider, please call the provider’s clinic, and you will be connected with the on-call provider.
- For on-demand, after-hours pediatric virtual visits (available Monday – Friday 6 p.m. – 7: 30 a.m. and 24 hours Saturday – Sunday) you can use the platform Montana Pediatrics to connect with an in-state provider.
