Logan Health offers a wide range of medical fitness programs for people of all ages, including athlete performance programs, weight management, adult fitness and senior programs. Kids Triathlon

July 13, 2024

Parents mark your calendars for July 13, 2024 from 8 a.m. to noon at Woodland Park & Pool. All Kids Wanted! An event for children 4-13 years of age. This event is for youth who are interested in trying their first triathlon. This event is made up of a swim, bike and run at Woodland Park.

Safety Sitter Lessons

  • June 11 – 12 • 9 a.m. – 4: 30 p.m.
  • July 23 – 24 • 9 a.m. – 4: 30 p.m.
  • August 13 – 14 • 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Safe Sitter is a nationally accredited instruction series for boys and girls age 11 and older. This program teaches you how to safely and effectively care for young children. This two-day program includes business skills, child development, behavior management, personal safety, accident prevention, first aid, rescue breathing, relief of choking and more. this is an interactive learning experience taught by certified instructors. 

Students must attend both days. Students must be age 11 or older. Class size is limited to 16 students per class. Pre-registration is required. Please bring a lunch, snacks and a water bottle to class. Call (406) 751-4100 to register or email mtryon@logan.org.

Basic Life Support CPR Training

June 8, 2024

Open to the public. Cost is $90 per person for class structured training. To register, please call (406) 751-4100. This class is geared toward pre-hospital providers, such as EMTs, paramedics, fire fighters and in-facility hospital providers. Upon successful completion of the course, students receive a course completion card, valid for two years. Please contact your employer to ensure that you are selecting the correct course.

Cedar Creek Marathon / Half / 10K / 5K

September 21, 2024

Run begins at Big Creek Campground and finishes at Glacier Bank in Columbia Falls, Montana.  The Marathon borders Glacier National Park, Flathead River and Cedar Creek with incredible views as you run. The course is a mix of gravel and pavement to ease the knees with some rolling hills to keep your legs awake and rocking the entire route. The Marathon course is a USATF Certified Course and will guarantee to make you fall in love with northwest Montana and all its beauty as you race to cross the finish line in quaint Columbia Falls, Montana.
