Justin Linam, MD, joined the medical staff at Logan Health in September 2017 and cares for patients at Logan Health Radiation Oncology. He was born and raised in Louisiana and earned his undergraduate degree from Tulane University prior to completing graduate work at Harvard University. He received his medical degree from the University of Washington, where he graduated with high honors and also served as president of the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society. Subsequently, Dr. Linam completed his radiation oncology training at California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco, including a year as chief resident. Dr. Linam has published research on lung, gastrointestinal and prostate cancer; quality improvement; and psychosocial distress in oncology patients. His professional interests include stereotactic radiosurgery for benign and malignant conditions, stereotactic body radiation therapy, and brachytherapy, as well as breast, prostate, head and neck, lung, and gynecologic malignancies. In his free time, Dr. Linam enjoys hiking with his wife (a Flathead High School graduate) and young son, playing jazz drum set, trail running and travel.
