At the recent 26th Annual Diabetes Professional Conference, Logan Health Diabetes Education & Prevention team members were honored with two prestigious awards, highlighting their exceptional contributions to diabetes care and education across Montana.
The Diabetes Education & Prevention team, including Paige Sadowski, MS, MHA, RDN, LN, CDCES, Brittany Schultz, BSN, RN, CDCES, Leslie Coates, MS, RDN, LN, CDCES, and Taylor Steubs, MSN, RN, BC-ADM, received the Advancing the Vision in Quality Care Award. This recognition signifies their outstanding implementation of programs and projects that elevate care and improve outcomes for individuals at risk or living with diabetes.
Additionally, Brittany Schultz, BSN, RN, CDCES, was presented with the esteemed Distinguished Service Award, honoring her exceptional dedication and support in enhancing the quality of life for her patients through her remarkable work in diabetes care, education, and prevention.
