The annual community health fair hosted by Logan Health – Conrad (LHC) will be held Tuesday, October 10, 2023, from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 416 S. Kansas in Conrad. Entry for the event is free and includes activities, educational booths, the opportunity to win prizes, and more.
Lab and PSA screens are available during the health fair between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. and on-site at LHC from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Costs for the Lab health and PSA screens are $50 each. For those who are planning on having their labs drawn, LHC asks to arrive at the health fair by 7:00 a.m. and to drink plenty of water. Fasting from midnight until after lab drawing is recommended, but not required.
Payment for services during the health fair must be made at the time of registration. Cash, check and money orders will be accepted.
The Pondera Health Department will be providing the Care Van and will have flu shots available. Departments from LHC will each have booths with hands-on demonstrations. Other booths in attendance will be insurance providers, Logan Health EMS, life coaching resources, nutrition information, and several other local businesses.
There will also be an opportunity to learn more about Logan Health’s free CNA class and other health care professions provided by local colleges.
Door prizes will be available throughout the health fair, as well as complimentary beverages and healthy snacks provided by LHC’s partnership with Forefront Culinary Services.
