Victor Levy, MD, joined the Logan Health team in June 2021. Dr. Levy is a neonatologist physician at Logan Health Children’s and is part its team of more than 40 pediatric specialists. He started his career when he became interested in tropical medicine and decided to do a masters in parasitology. Since that time, he has been interested in cardiac diseases which affect the pediatric population. He is trained in pediatrics and completed two subspecialties in both pediatric cardiology and neonatology at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and is board certified in both. Dr. Levy set up the first neonatal cardiac intensive care unit at Cook Children’s Hospital. He did additional training at Stanford University Medical Center in cardiac intensive care. After having been in practice for 15 years in Fort Worth, he made his way out to West Texas as he saw a need to provide more comprehensive cardiac care to the pediatric population. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, cycling, doing Crossfitter, and spending time with his three sons.
