Brendon Smith, DO, hails from Choteau, Montana, where he grew up as a ranch kid enjoying the wide-open spaces of the Rocky Mountain Front. He joined Logan Health in July 2017 as a family practice physician at Primary Care – 160 Heritage Way. He brings a broad-spectrum background to the clinic, with both outpatient and inpatient perspectives in adult medicine and pediatrics. He received his Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Carroll College in Helena and Bachelor of Arts in cell biology and neuroscience from Montana State University. Subsequently, Dr. Smith completed medical school at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences, followed by a residency at Montana Family Medicine Residency in Billings. With his background on a ranch in Montana, Dr. Smith brings a unique understanding of health care issues facing our largely rural area and looks forward to putting his diverse skills to work in the Flathead Valley. When he is not in the clinic, he can be found enjoying a variety of outdoor activities including boating, fishing, biking, and skiing, helping on the family farm, or rooting for Kansas City and MSU football teams.
