Scott Rogers, MD, has been in practice at Logan Health Orthopedics & Sports Medicine since August 2016 as a hand, wrist, and elbow specialist.
He was born and raised in St. George, Utah, and graduated from Southern Utah University in Cedar City, Utah. He attended Wake Forest University School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Hamot in Erie, Pennsylvania. After residency, he completed a fellowship in hand and upper extremity surgery at The Indiana Hand to Shoulder Center. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, the American Society for Surgery of the Hand, and the American Association for Hand Surgery. He is board certified in orthopedic surgery with sub-specialty certification in hand surgery.
Dr. Rogers has a strong interest in medical missionary work. He was one of three surgeons on a hand surgery mission to Trinidad and Tobago in fall 2016 and looks forward to future international and domestic medical missions, including East Africa where he spent two years as a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. When not at work, Dr. Rogers enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, hunting, fishing, and playing any sport he can.
