Our Program
The Pediatric Oncology and Hematology team at Logan Health Children’s Specialists is dedicated to the care and support of Montana’s children adolescents/young adults with a current or previous cancer diagnosis or blood disorder. We are passionate about keeping our patients near their families, friends, and community support systems through their medical journey. We recognize our families are crucial team members, and work together with a team of pediatric and oncology specialty-trained staff at Logan Health as well as partner with providers across the state of Montana to provide exceptional care for our patients.

- Cancer Support Community – Montana organization providing support in the form of individual counseling and support groups. Located in Missoula and Bozeman and provides virtual opportunities.
- Beads of Courage – National organization dedicated to providing innovative, arts-in-medicine supportive care programs for children coping with serious illness, their families and health care providers.
- Stupid Cancer – National organization providing support and resources to adolescents and young adults going through cancer treatment

- Camp Mak-A-Dream – Gold Creek, MT. For cancer survivors and families. Teen camp (13-18), family camp, kids camp (6-12), sibling camp (6-18), young adult conference (18-35).
- Eagle Mount – Bozeman, MT. For Cancer survivors and family. Big Sky Adventure camp (11-18), Camp Braveheart (5-10), flight camp (18 & up), Young adult retreat (16-23)
Financial & transportation support – income qualifications and treatment status may apply for certain organizations.

- Jayden Fred Foundation – Montana organization providing financial support for families needing to travel for medical appointments/treatment.
- Wings Regional Cancer Support – Flathead and Lake County organization providing financial reimbursement to families for treatment-related costs (meals, lodging and travel) – up to $2,500 per year (amount may change)
- Hope for Harlee – Montana organization providing financial support to families and for cancer research
- Payden Memorial Foundation – Montana organization providing financial support to families
- Montana Pediatric Cancer Foundation – Montana organization providing financial support to families. Children ages 0-18 going through active treatment. Inquire about current funding.
- For the Children – Montana organization provides financial support to families who need to travel for medical appointments/treatment.
- Cash Hyde Foundation – Montana organization providing financial assistance to families

- Angel Flight – National organization that assists with flights to medical appointments and treatment

Office Hours
Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Our practice is located on the first floor of The Rock medical office building on Heritage Way in Kalispell. We share the clinic space with the adult hematology and oncology clinic, but we have our own pediatric friendly rooms and dedicated staff. Parking is available in the lot adjacent to the building, near the main entrance.
Our team is willing to discuss abnormal labs or clinical findings with primary providers at any time, to help determine if a consult or referral is indicated for further workup. We can offer appointments in Kalispell, one of our outreach sites, or via TeleHealth, depending on the urgency and underlying clinical question or concern.
